Aspaq Global is a company which
provides domain name registrations, web hosting and web development services.
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or withdraw our services without
notice if an account is inappropriately used or, found to be in breach of
the following terms and conditions:
Copyright: All information given to, directed through, and reproduced by Aspaq Global on your behalf, must be in accordance with the Commonwealth of Australia's Copyright Act 1968. Aspaq Global shall not publish any such work without first citing written permission from the original author or, provided assurance that the client has exclusive rights, or licence, to the material. Permission remains the responsibility of the client.
Aspaq Global will not allow any of the following to be hosted on its servers:
If a client's website is found to be monopolising available resources, Aspaq Global reserves the rights to suspend the offending site without notice. Clients may be offered the option of continued hosting for an additional fee. Aspaq Global reserves the right to remove consistently offending sites without prior notice.
Payment shall be made on a 12 or 24 monthly interval, due one week from the date the account is about to expire. For example: If your account was established on the 26th January, it would be due for renewal one week before the 26th January (12 months).
Invoices are sent via e-mail after registering and at the end of the prepaid period unless closure notification has been issued.
Refunds: Aspaq Global is unable to offer refunds for domain names.
1. The client requires a Package upgrade - $20
2. The client requires a new Domain name
3. There is a suspended account re-activation fee - $10
4. The client requires to transfer ownership of an Aspaq Global supplied Domain Name
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Aspaq Global harmless against liabilities arising out of:
1. Damage to persons or property resulting from products sold or distributed by clients operating through Aspaq Global's server;
2. Materials or product supplied by clients, infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
3. Infringement of Copyright;
4. Faulty merchandise/services supplied to clients by Aspaq Global.
By accepting any of Aspaq Global's products and services, you agree to, and accept the terms and conditions.
Server Use
Accounts are strictly for the use of the primary owner. Account owners are not permitted to resell, hire, provide hosting services or, allow a separate third party to host content on the owner's web space. The only exception is advertising banners, classified and personal advertisements. Aspaq Global reserves the right to, at its own discretion, refuse services or access to its servers, to any company, or individual, at any time.Prohibited Content
Aspaq Global does not support, and will not tolerate, any form of illegal, immoral, defamatory or, discriminative material being stored on its servers. Scripts:
Any script that creates a load on the server will be removed.Pornography:
Any erotic images, or obscene content is not permitted. Aspaq Global will exercise its own discretion with the removal of offensive content.Warez:
Any form of Warez is strictly prohibited. Clients promoting or taking part in pirated software, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, and any other illegal or unethical activities will be prosecuted. Links to information about such material are also prohibited.Bandwidth:
Clients will be notified in extreme circumstances where their account is exceeding the bandwidth allowance. The client may choose to alternatively upgrade to a higher bandwidth plan, pay an aditional fee or have their site temporarily suspended for the remainder of the month.High resource user policy

However, should an increase be unavoidable, Aspaq Global reserves the right to alter any pricing arrangements at any time. In order to streamline our accounting process and keep costs down, Aspaq Global run limited payment options.Credit Card Payments
Aspaq Global accepts MasterCard, Visa (excluding Visa electron) and Bankcard, through our online payment facility. Clients using the facility to purchase domain names or other services online will be required to provide credit card details.Refunds: Aspaq Global is unable to offer refunds for domain names.
Cheque Payment
All cheques are to be made payable to Aspaq Global. Service and/or hosting shall not commence until the clearance of cheques.Money Order
Aspaq Global accepts Australian Money Order, which may be obtained from any post office in Australia.Cash Deposit
You may pay cash by direct deposit to our account. Contact us for instructions.Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
You may also use the Internet to transfer funds online. Contact us for instructions.Cancellation and Refunds
Aspaq Global reserves the right to cancel service at any time. On such occasions, clients will be entitled to a pro rata refund, with the exception of cancellations resulting from a breach of contract, as outlined in these terms and conditions. Set-up fees are non-refundable. Clients are free to cancel their accounts at any time, however, by doing so, they forfeit the right to receive any money paid to Aspaq Global.Domain Names
If the customer requires Aspaq Global to provide a Domain Name, Aspaq Global shall secure the closest name available to the clients preferred domain name.Extra Charges
Extra charges will apply if:1. The client requires a Package upgrade - $20

Indemnification
Clients of Aspaq Global agree to these terms and conditions, and render Aspaq Global free of any liabilities, losses, costs, or claims that may result from their services offered through Aspaq Global. Aspaq Global shall not be responsible for any misconduct or illegal activity of its clients, nor faulty products sold by its clients, or sold by employees, agents, or associates of its clients.Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Aspaq Global harmless against liabilities arising out of:

Aspaq Global will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Aspaq Global makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for any of the services we provide. Aspaq Global disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Aspaq Global or its employees.
